Planning a trip can be time-consuming. Let us handle the details, so you can focus on enjoying your journey.

We have partnerships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators that allow us to offer you exclusive rates and packages.

We can schedule a complimentary 15 to 30-minute consultation at your convenience, either by phone or Zoom. During this call, we’ll discuss your vacation expectations and answer any questions you may have, while also explaining how we can assist you.

You may complete a Journey Planning Questionnaire before or after our consultation. This helps us streamline the process and focus on the options that are genuinely relevant to you.

We’ll begin our research! Taking into account your personal travel style, needs, and budget, we’ll leverage our industry knowledge and supplier connections to investigate and evaluate all aspects of your proposed vacation plan. While this may take just a day or two for simpler trips, it typically requires no more than a week for more complex itineraries. Before we start, we’ll provide you with an estimated timeline and keep you updated throughout the process.

We’ll provide you with a proposal featuring up to three options. These options are tailored based on the specific details you share with us, ensuring they are the BEST choices for you and your travel companions. We can then discuss any modifications and finalize an itinerary for your approval.

Please Note: This process needs to be efficient, as pricing and availability for flights, hotels, tours, and other components are constantly changing and are not guaranteed until confirmed with payment.

Once you approve the itinerary and pricing, we’ll need to gather additional information from you, including payment authorization. This can be done through a secure digital form. Rest assured, we will not use your credit or debit card without your explicit consent. Once we have all the necessary information, we will proceed to book all components of your trip and send you a confirmation along with an invoice.

In the weeks or months leading up to your departure, we’ll provide you with helpful advice and tips to enhance your trip preparation and enjoyment. This may include a destination guide, packing list, travel advisories, information on passports and visas, dining recommendations, suggestions for tours and activities, details about currency exchange and electrical outlet converters, baggage policies, and more.

We’ll schedule a meeting with you and your travel companions one to two weeks before your departure to review your travel documents and address any final questions. Our goal is to ensure you know what to expect at every stage of your trip, helping to alleviate any potential stress. 

We will provide your travel documents containing all your travel reservations and confirmations in one convenient package.

We will ask you for feedback—about our service and about your experiences during your trip. This helps us to better serve you and our other clients with future trips. If you encountered any issues during your vacation, we will address those with the suppliers so that they may offer compensation if warranted
